BeeYora (“we”, “us”) is a personal AI stylist app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written for a real product that stores wardrobe photos and uses third-party AI — not for marketing fluff.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: email address and authentication details when you sign up with email/password or Google.
- Profile preferences: information you choose to share during onboarding, such as gender, used to personalize outfit suggestions.
- Wardrobe content: photos you upload, AI-generated tags (for example category and colour), descriptions, and related files stored so your closet works across sessions.
- Usage content: outfit suggestions, packing plans, venue or inspiration requests, and history of looks you choose to save.
- Optional location: if you allow it, approximate location used only to fetch local weather for smarter suggestions. The app works without this.
- Technical data: basic device/browser information and logs needed to run, secure, and debug the service (including upload-error diagnostics).
2. How we use your information
- Provide styling, tagging, packing, venue, and inspiration features you request
- Store and display your wardrobe and history inside your account
- Personalize suggestions using preferences you provide
- Keep the service secure, reliable, and within fair usage limits
- Respond to support requests you send us
We do not sell your personal information.
3. AI processing and service providers
To generate tags and outfits, we send relevant content to trusted processors acting on our behalf:
- Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage for your account and wardrobe images
- Anthropic — AI models that analyze clothing photos and generate styling, packing, venue, and inspiration results. Photos and prompts you submit for those features are processed by Anthropic to return a response
- OpenWeather — weather data when you enable location
- Hosting — the web app is hosted on infrastructure such as Vercel so the product can run online
Venue-related features may use AI tools that search publicly available web information about a place you name. Do not submit information you are not comfortable processing this way.
4. Photos and sensitive content
Wardrobe photos may show people wearing clothes. You should only upload images you have the right to use. Avoid uploading photos of children or anyone who has not agreed to appear in your closet. We treat wardrobe images as personal content and do not use them for advertising.
5. Retention
We keep your account data and wardrobe while your account is active. If you delete an individual wardrobe item in the app, we remove that item from your closet (and associated storage when nothing else references it). If you want your whole account erased, contact us using the email below and we will process the request.
6. Your choices
- Update or delete individual wardrobe items in the app
- Decline location permission; weather features simply stay off
- Sign out or stop using the service at any time
- Request account deletion or ask a privacy question by emailing support@beeyora.app
7. Children
BeeYora is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
8. International users
We may process data in countries where our providers operate. By using BeeYora you understand that your information may be transferred to and stored in those locations with appropriate safeguards from those providers.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
