Terms of Use

1. The service

BeeYora helps you organize a digital wardrobe and generate outfit, packing, venue, and inspiration suggestions using your uploaded clothes and AI. Features may change, improve, or be limited as we develop the product (including fair-use limits on AI features).

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure
• You are responsible for activity under your account
• You must be at least 16 years old to use BeeYora
• We may suspend or end accounts that abuse the service or break these Terms

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload. You grant BeeYora a limited license to store, process, and display that content only as needed to run the product for you — including sending relevant content to AI and hosting providers described in the Privacy Policy.

You confirm that:

• You have the right to upload the images and information you submit
• Your content does not violate anyone else's rights or applicable law
• You will not upload illegal, harmful, or abusive material

4. AI suggestions are guidance, not advice

Outfit, packing, venue, and inspiration results are automated suggestions. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a real occasion. You are responsible for what you wear and for checking dress codes, weather, and safety yourself. BeeYora is not a substitute for professional advice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, reverse engineer, or overload the service or its AI endpoints
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, authentication, or security controls
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute the app or other users' content
• Use BeeYora to build a competing dataset by mass-uploading third-party photos
• Interfere with other users or with the integrity of the service

6. Third-party services

BeeYora relies on third parties (including hosting, database/storage, AI, and weather providers). Their availability and policies can affect the app. We are not responsible for outages or changes outside our reasonable control.

7. Intellectual property

The BeeYora name, design, and software are ours or our licensors'. These Terms do not give you ownership of the app — only permission to use it as allowed here.

8. Disclaimers

BeeYora is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis during beta and early launch. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that AI output will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeeYora and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim (or zero if the service was free).

10. Termination

You may stop using BeeYora at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you break these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if we discontinue the product. Sections that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations) will survive termination.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as BeeYora evolves. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. If you continue using the service after an update, you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, stop using BeeYora and request account deletion.
